Supporting people of all abilities live a good life their way,
through their voice and their choices.

Dara community supports adults with Intellectual disabilities who live in ordinary houses mainly in the Celbridge, Kilcock and North Dublin area. Some people live by themselves and some people share a home with others. Each person has a right to choose with whom and where they live in line with their will and preference.

Dara Respite Service is available to adults with intellectual disabilities whom live locally and are referred to Dara Respite for regular respite stays. Access to the respite service is coordinated by the social workers in the day services. Dara Respite supports adults to socialise and meet up with friends and get out and about in community enjoying a full life.

Dara Possibilities supports adults with intellectual disabilities, one person at a time to plan for a full life in partnership with their circle of support. Each person with an intellectual disability is supported to exercise their rights as a valued and contributing member of their local community.

Funded by Pobal, our new Workability: Inclusive Pathways to Employment Programme empowers students through employment-focused training and real-world work experience. Our Employment Team partners with local employers to build inclusive workplaces, deliver disability awareness training, and ensure tailored supports for every individual.
